My client is a leading, globally recognised insurer seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support major transformation initiatives, including Policy Administration System (PAS) upgrades, Claims optimisation, and Target Operating Model (TOM) redesign.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations-preferably in the insurance sector.
Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects.
Strong understanding of PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvement.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
