Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of serious injury and/or clinical negligence cases from inception to completion, whilst assisting partners on high value complex injury files.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
3. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
4. Collaborate with other solicitors within the team, experts, and medical professionals to build strong cases.
5. Attend court hearings, negotiations, and mediations on behalf of clients.
6. Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and updates throughout the legal process.
7. Stay updated with changes in legislation and legal developments related to serious injury and clinical negligence law.
Requirements:
8. Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with experience in Serious Injury/Clinical Negligence
9. Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
10. Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
11. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
