Knowledge, Skills, Experience
1. Proven engineering and fabrication knowledge/experience/background
2. Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings
3. Computer literate
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise closely with customers
5. Ability to work under pressure, both on own initiative and as part of a busy team
6. Ability to handle multiple varied projects from order through to completion
7. Responsible, conscientious, punctual, highly organized, and self-motivated
8. Excellent knowledge of all welding techniques
9. CAD qualifications and experience are preferable but not essential for this role, training will be provided where necessary
