ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Driver with Clamp Attachment experience for a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled FLT Driver to join a growing business offering stable, ongoing work in a professional warehouse environment. Previous experience using a paper clamp attachment is preferred. Pay: £14.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operate counterbalance trucks with clamp attachment safely and efficiently within the warehouse Move, load, unload, and store goods accurately without causing damage Handle paper reels, palletised goods, and other stock using clamp attachments Complete daily pre-use checks and report any faults or maintenance issues Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required Ensure stock is moved accurately and recorded correctly Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations Requirements: Valid Counterbalance licence Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Confident operating Paper Clamp equipment Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude Working Hours: 5 days out of 7 (rota basis) 810 hours per day, between 6:00am 6:00pm If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply by submitting your CV.
