Responsibilities
* Generate new business aligned with financial targets
* Work with prospective and existing customers to devise and sell forwarding solutions
* Manage customer enquiries process
* Report weekly business development progress to COO
* Conduct market research and gather intelligence for business opportunities
* Identify growth opportunities via new customers, routes, and services
