Front of House Supervisor Location: Redcar Hours: 5 days out of 7 | Typically 09:00 - 17:00 (flexibility required for events) Pay rate - £13.66 per hour To start on the 19 th May until 31 st August 2026 About the Role We are looking for a confident and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team in Redcar. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day front of house operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage front of house staff to deliver high-quality service Ensure full knowledge and implementation of menus and drinks offerings Oversee counter set-up and presentation standards Maintain strict adherence to food safety, temperature control, and hygiene regulations Ensure all team members are fully briefed on allergens and compliance procedures Deliver exceptional customer care and resolve any issues professionally Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery About You Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality Strong knowledge of food service, hygiene standards, and allergen regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills A passion for customer service and attention to detail Professional, smart appearance and positive attitude Flexible approach to working hours, particularly to support events Apply now to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service.
