Job Description:
1. Using real-time data collection to increase the accuracy of labour costs required.
2. Planning and scheduling manpower effectively to meet targets in a cost-efficient manner.
3. Overseeing all Warehouse Operations personnel, focusing on the development and advancement of Warehouse Supervisors and Senior team members.
4. Conducting performance evaluations and ensuring necessary training is provided.
5. Maintaining an approachable attitude to foster positive working relationships across the business.
6. Supporting and conducting formal and informal meetings, including appraisals, return-to-work interviews, disciplinary meetings, and investigations.
7. Ensuring all information shared with new and existing team members is accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures.
8. Identifying potential issues early by carrying out spot checks on orders and stock.
