In This Role
* You will answer inbound calls from customers requesting a courier collection.
* You will receive email requests to book collections.
* You will check that all shipments are on time and communicate with relevant internal customers.
* You will arrange the shipping of samples to Pathologists off site.
* You will assist in troubleshooting courier companies in sample pick up enquiries.
* You will deal with customer complaints, recording and resolving issues quickly.
What You Will Need To Succeed
* You will have previous customer service experience and call centre experience is preferred.
* You will have excellent communication skills as you will be working with various stakeholders.
* You will have fantastic attention to detail and brilliant organisational skills.
* You will demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to change quickly.
* You will be disciplined and a self‑starter by nature.
