The company is a small local IT consultancycompany based in central Southampton. We provide IT Services, Cyber Security,Microsoft 365 and many other services. With offices in both Southampton andWeymouth, we now cover the whole of Hampshire and Dorset. We offer leading ITsupport in Southampton, Hampshire and beyond.

Role andResponsibilities
As a Network Engineer Apprentice, you will beworking closely with the other IT technicians focusing on solving IT issues andproviding a first-class customer service. That includes repair, upgrade andsupport to their customers.
In addition, you will be assisting the moresenior technicians with more challenging jobs including website and hosting.

Role and Responsibilities:
Solve IT issues and provide customer service
Assist senior technicians with challenging tasks
Work on infrastructure projects
Collaborate with other IT technicians
Participate in project works related to networkengineering
Conduct network troubleshooting and diagnosticactivities
Assist in the implementation and maintenance ofnetwork security measures
Perform routine network maintenance tasks, such asupdates and patches
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Server, 365, and Azure
Passion for IT
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, gatherinformation, and provide solutions for a diverse range of technical problems
Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn
Being a driver is key to the position, so beingable to drive and having you're own transport would be highly benefical /ideal.

Commitment to delivering high-quality results
Relevant academic background or certifications inIT
Previous experience in a technical support role
