We are seeking a Registered Manager to commission and manage a 60-bed nursing home opening later this year.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall management of the care home
2. Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries
3. Liaising with healthcare professionals regarding care
4. Ensuring compliance with CQC and company policies
5. Holding a minimum of Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management
6. Experience in the healthcare sector
7. Driven, motivated, and committed to quality care
8. Strong leadership and management skills with a flexible, dynamic approach
