Role Overview As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant and lounge, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. From taking orders and serving food and drinks to maintaining cleanliness and handling guest requests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and attentive environment. Key Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome at all times * Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently * Serve meals and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and drinks * Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service * Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service * Handle payments and process bills using POS systems * Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally * Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times Requirements * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential – training can be provided * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Friendly, enthusiastic, and well-presented * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Right to work in the UK
