Conveyancing Lawyer / Legal Executive
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and take over both commercial and residential conveyancing work at our law firm clients' Southport office.
Details
* Start Date: Before Christmas, ready to take over when the current locum finishes on 5th January
* Contract: Temporary or permanent options available
* Hours: 9am – 5pm
* Location: Southport – office based 4 days per week, with the option of 1 day working from home
* Parking: Potential availability
Requirements
* Strong experience in commercial and residential conveyancing
* Familiarity with case management software
* Qualified Lawyer or Legal Executive
* Ability to manage a varied caseload including:
o Leases
o Property transactions
o Purchases
o Equity matters
