NXA Talent are delighted to be partnered with a national haulier to find a transport coordinator to support them in their high volume Bellshill operation
Key Responsibilities
* Process transport bookings and collaborate with planning and operations teams
* Work closely with the operations team regarding transport movements.
* Assist with invoicing tasks and general administrative duties.
* Support in responding to customer enquiries where necessary
* Support the transport operation with legal requirements including compliance needs
* Manage driver communications and help ensure the driver population are effectively supported
What We're Looking for
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with an ability to positively engage people
* Confident written and verbal communication skills.
* A track record of having worked within a transport or general haulage operation is strongly preferred
