Accountabilities
* Execute and refine content strategy in partnership with the Head of Content.
* Align content initiatives to SEO, inbound growth, and pipeline impact.
* Adapt strategy across multiple business units and audiences.
* Propose and lead experiments to enhance reach and performance.
* Manage day-to-day operations of the content engine, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Translate complex topics into authoritative and accessible content.
* Monitor search visibility and performance to adjust strategies accordingly.
* Define and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in content marketing or related roles.
* Proven success in optimizing content for SEO and inbound growth.
* Strong writing skills with a portfolio of published content.
* Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
* Solid understanding of SEO and analytics.
* Experience managing external contributors and agencies.
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team.
* Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows.
