Our luxury client is seeking a highly professional and polished Front-of-House Receptionist to join their luxury operation in their slick offices This is a crucial, full-time role, working five days per week, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and visitors.
Your core purpose is to create an exceptional first impression that aligns with the high standards of the company, combining essential front-of-house duties with key administrative support tasks.
To be successful in this position, you must possess exceptional client-facing skills, demonstrating the natural warmth, poise, and professional demeanour needed to manage high-net-worth clients and all visitors with efficiency and discretion.
Candidates will need a minimum of twelve months of continuous experience in a receptionist or administrative background, with prior work in a luxury setting being highly advantageous. You should be proficient in managing a busy front desk, coordinating room bookings, handling professional correspondence, and maintaining a tidy reception area, alongside a proactive and highly organized approach to work.
