The Opportunity
As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we’re looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our Doncaster-based Information and Digital Services team.
This full-time, permanent, site-based role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) offers the chance to support a wide range of IT systems across SARIA’s UK and international operations. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, contribute to continuous improvement, and grow within a collaborative and innovative IT environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business, resolving IT issues quickly and effectively.
Diagnose and troubleshoot user problems, delivering clear and professional support.
Manage user accounts and access permissions.
Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and training materials.
Support the maintenance of networks, infrastructure, and mobile devices across multiple sites.
Track and document all support activity, ensuring issues are resolved and lessons are captured.
Assist with systems analysis, solution evaluation, and process improvement projects.
Help deliver training and build user confidence with new technologies.
About You
A degree (or equivalent experience) in an IT-related field.
Experience in an in-house, customer-focused IT support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative.
