Responsibilities
* Carry your own caseload and lead on behaviour assessments and intervention planning
* Collect and analyse behavioural data to inform person‑centred strategies
* Design and implement PBS plans that reduce challenging behaviours and restraint while improving quality of life
* Support teams through training, coaching and workshops to build confidence and skills
* Facilitate consultations and collaborative planning using tools like SBARD
* Monitor and review interventions, attend MDT and core team meetings, and compile detailed reports
* Champion Human Rights‑based approaches and lead on Reducing Restrictive Practice initiatives
* Support transitions for individuals joining our services and contribute to service needs assessments
Qualifications
* Level 4 PBS qualification (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering PBS and managing caseloads
* Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work autonomously and inspire positive change
