We are currently recruiting an EO2 for our client based in Omagh. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: ASAP

Rate of pay: £15.83ph

Duration: 3/25/2026

Hours of work: 37

Key Responsibilities:

Admin Support to G6:

1. Administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy Project Director
2. Ensuring timely responses to MoG queries
3. Proper handling of correspondence
4. Storage of documents and emails
5. Secretariat duties for meetings.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

6. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English & 2 A Levels (Proof of certs required)
7. 12-18 months admin experience
8. Experience of minute taking and arranging meetings
9. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
10. Excellent communication skills.

Desired but not essential skills or experience:

11. Experience of raising purchase orders
