We are recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary, and SEN schools in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, caring, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a school setting.

About the Role
You will play a vital part in supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing by:
* Supporting pupils of varying ages and abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils build confidence and develop key skills
* Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to an inclusive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff to meet individual pupil needs

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children and young people
* Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to different school settings
* Confident working with a range of age groups and backgrounds
* A strong team player with good communication skills
* Welsh speaking (desirable but not essential)

Requirements
Teaching Personnel can support you in obtaining:
* Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
* Enhanced DBS certificate, registered on the Update Service
* Two years of references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
