This role is 5 days a week at our New Homes Development site in Aberdeen, applicants must live within a commutable distance to Aberdeen.


More About Your Role

* Support the Site Manager with day‑to‑day site operations to deliver homes safely, on time and to agreed quality standards.
* Ensure safe working practices are always followed and maintain compliance with all SHE procedures and regulations.
* Oversee build activities across all stages, ensuring inspections are completed and plots fully ready before presentation.
* Deliver site inductions for contractors and visitors and help maintain a positive, disciplined site culture.
* Liaise with the NHBC and other key stakeholders when required.
* Deputise for the Site Manager in their absence.
* Plan, programme and coordinate work packages to ensure deadlines are met.
* Manage site logistics and minimise health, safety and environmental risks.
* Support new homeowners by ensuring snagging items are resolved promptly and to a high standard.

* You take pride in delivering high standards and supporting the smooth running of the site.


Essential Criteria

* Full clean driving licence
* SMSTS
* CSCS black Managers card
* First Aid certificate
* Scaffold Inspection certificate
* Previous housebuilding experience


Preferred Criteria

* Good IT skills
* Knowledge of NHBC standards and basic building control
* NVQ Level 6 in Site Management
