Job Description:
A high-growth ecommerce business based in Yorkshire is looking for a new Head of Digital Marketing.
This role is responsible for leading and optimizing all digital marketing channels including PPC, paid social, affiliates, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a culture of innovation, testing, and continuous improvement, ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative.
* Develop digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and brand awareness.
* Oversee performance across all digital channels, including paid social, PPC, SEO, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
* Evaluate and implement new channels, tools, and technologies for continual improvement.
* Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure proper attribution models.
* Manage relationships with digital and creative agencies.
* Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team.
* Use analytics, customer insights, and market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure campaigns prioritize customer experience.
Role Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Head of Digital Marketing role, preferably within a subscription-based, PE-backed business in a fast-paced D2C or eCommerce environment.
* Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid social, PPC, affiliates, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and inform decisions.
* Experience managing large marketing budgets and multiple agency relationships.
* Leadership experience in building and developing marketing teams.
* Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, automation platforms, advertising platforms, and BI dashboards.
* Strategic thinker aligned with business objectives.

* Excellent communication skills to influence teams, partners, and stakeholders.
