Delivery Driver & Demo Handover Specialist

Location: Bellshill, GB, ML4 3LU

Position Type: Professional

Salary: Hourly £13.50 to £14.00

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.

We at Renault Trucks Scotland are currently seeking a dedicated Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at the Bellshill site. As part of the Renault Trucks family, you will have the opportunity to work with a respected brand that values efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. If you're a skilled driver with a commitment to delivering outstanding service, this role may be a perfect fit for you.

You’ll be responsible for collecting and delivering new and used trucks to our valued customers. This isn’t your average driving role — one day you might be handing over a brand-new T High, and the next, collecting a customer’s truck for its MOT. You’ll need to work well independently, take pride in delivering great service, and enjoy the variety that comes with each day being different.

What You'll Do

* Collection and Delivery: Efficiently collect and deliver New and Used Trucks and Vans, including Rental and lease vehicles.
* Chassis Movement: Transport new chassis/trucks to and from Bodybuilders, equipment suppliers, and customers.
* Vehicle Handover: Complete handover and vehicle damage report to ensure customers are well-informed and satisfied.
* Vehicle Care: Clean, wash, or valet vehicles as required to maintain our standards of excellence.
* Support: Assist in other business-related tasks related to the movement, delivery, or collection of vehicles.
* Flexibility: Perform any other tasks related to vehicle movement, delivery, or collection as your supervisor or manager requires.

Key Skills and Competencies

* Driving Skills: Hold a current C + E driving license with a maximum of 3 points and a Driver CPC card (current).
* Experience: Possess a relevant background and experience in commercial vehicle operations.
* Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Safety: Show awareness of health and safety protocols and procedures.
* Regulations: Have a sound knowledge of driver hours rules and regulations.
* Manual Handling: Be capable of undertaking manual handling tasks if required.
