We have an exciting opportunity for a Barista, who is enthusiastic about quality food and drink and great customer service, to join one of our Tesco Café teams.
Whether it’s a quick pit-stop after the weekly shop or a catch-up with a friend, you’ll ensure our customers enjoy delicious coffee, tea, and seasonal drinks that make every day better.
You’ll bring your skills as a Barista or hospitality experience to the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise. At Tesco, no one tries harder for customers. You’ll familiarize yourself with our menu and initiatives, review stock levels, and serve customers efficiently, considering any special requirements.
We’re committed to providing opportunities for everyone to excel. With your experience, you’ll support team barista development, working closely with the Café Manager and using our training resources to enhance your skills. This is a place to grow.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve drinks quickly and efficiently at speed.

* Support team members’ development as a Barista.

* Resolve customer complaints where possible.
Requirements
* Experience as a Barista or in hospitality.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
* Confidence in coaching and training others inclusively.

* Strong communication skills to support colleagues and managers.
