Job Description
3. Deliver accurate and timely financial reports
4. Manage financial transactions and document procedures
5. Audit financial documents and procedures, reconcile bank statements
6. Participate in budgeting processes
7. Maintain confidentiality of financial information
8. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial procedures
9. Support month-end and year-end close process
10. Ensure compliance with organisational financial policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant hould have:
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills
12. Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
13. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and present detailed reports
14. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
15. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
16. Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant, Finance Officer, or equivalent role
