Performance & Patient Tracking Coordinator - Cambridge
£30,000-£35,000 | 3‑month FTC | On‑site 4 days per week | Start in ~2 weeks
We are supporting a major programme aimed at elective recovery and reducing waiting lists, and we're looking for a highly organised individual to help drive operational performance across the service.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely patient tracking and supporting performance improvement across multiple departments. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating patient tracking lists (PTLs)
Working closely with operational teams to gather accurate information and resolve data issues
Liaising with managers across the service to support performance reporting
Collaborating with departments to ensure smooth information flow and effective decision‑making
Producing clear, accurate reporting for the senior lead on siteWhat We're Looking For
NHS experience is essential, ideally with exposure to patient information, RTT processes, PTLs, or operational performance
Confident stakeholder engagement skills - comfortable speaking with colleagues at all levels
Strong Excel ability (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing, analysis)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
Able to work on‑site in Cambridge, 4 days per weekContract Details
3‑month fixed‑term contract (potential to extend, but not guaranteed)
Start date: Ideally within 2 weeks
Salary: Circa £30,000-£35,000, depending on experience
