Job Title\: Change Management Lead Location: Barrow - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: £47,271 depending on exp What you’ll be doing: Change & Process Management Lead the design and delivery of structured Change Management Plans to ensure smooth capability rollouts and successful adoption Drive comprehensive Change Impact Assessments, identifying cross-functional effects and managing business readiness Training & Adoption Conduct detailed Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to ensure all stakeholders are fully equipped for transition Create and deliver engaging training materials, user guides, and support content tailored to each audience and capability Programme Support Partner closely with delivery teams to align change activities with key programme milestones and business targets Advocate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with end users to validate solutions and ensure they meet operational needs Your skills and experiences: Relevant qualification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) or Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile) Experience delivering change in complex programmes Skilled in creating change plans, impact and readiness assessments Able to design training and drive user adoption Good knowledge of project lifecycles and governance Experience supporting UAT and deployment Benefits As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
