Edison Media is a fast-growing media and advertising agency working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands. We're on the lookout for a detail-obsessed, highly organised Production Executive to join our team and help deliver exceptional campaigns from concept to completion.
What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing the full production process to ensure artwork and assets are delivered on time
* Creating deadline plans, managing specs, and chasing assets from clients
* Submitting artwork to providers and tracking proofs of posting
* Acting as the go-to contact for all artwork and production-related queries
* Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Updating CRM systems and compiling information for post-campaign reports
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience in media, production, or a similar role
* Strong commercial awareness and a client-first approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
