The College is seeking applications for a Fixed-Term (1 year) Senior Learning Support Officer working 30 hours/week to be based in our Strand Road Campus.
The post holder will assist the Co‑ordinator by being responsible for the effective management of the College’s support workers. This is a cross‑College role which carries with it responsibility for providing support for all students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities or who need to access additional support in their learning. The development of a programme of support for learners throughout the College in line with College Policies is an important aspect of the role as is the allocation of additional support funding and the implementation of Special Educational Needs and Disability Order (SENDO) legislation.
Contract Information
* Salary: £38,220 to Point 30, £40,777 per annum pro rata.
* Duration: Fixed‑Term (1 year)
* Hours: 30 per week
* Annual Leave: 24 days annual leave per annum pro rata
* Pension: NILGOSC Pension Scheme
