Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference for vulnerable and elderly people in Dudley.

The role involves working as part of a skilled team to install Technology Enabled Care (TEC) equipment, conduct assessments, and participate in a falls response service to assist non-injured fallers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
We are seeking a Community Alarm Officer for our TSA-accredited Telecare Service, which provides, installs, monitors, and responds to alarm activations to help people stay at home, maintaining their independence and control.
The service operates 24/7. The successful candidate must work a 7-hour 24-minute shift following a rota pattern, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 20:00. The role is a 37-hour week on a rolling rota, until 31/03/2026.
The salary ranges from £30,559 to £33,366. Candidates must hold a full driving license and have access to a car insured for business use. Checks with DVLA regarding licenses, MOT, and insurance will be conducted.
