We’re looking for a Senior Composite Design Engineer to take ownership of F1 composite components — from concept to release — ensuring maximum performance, reliability, and precision.
What You’ll Do
* Design carbon fibre parts, moulds, jigs, and tooling
* Ensure all components meet F1 technical regulations
* Collaborate with aerodynamics, design, and manufacturing teams
* Support race and test events when required
* Mentor junior engineers and drive design innovation
What You’ll Need
* Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering
* Proven experience in Formula 1, motorsport, or high-performance composites
* Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 or Siemens NX
* Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up processes
* Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
