About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering planned lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring continuity in students' learning. Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Maintain an orderly, focused, and supportive learning environment.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school and adapt where necessary.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies.
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Complete any essential marking and reporting as required.
Supply Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in schools within the UK.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching to different subjects and year groups.
* A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL.
