Responsibilities
include:
1. Develop and implement Quality Plans and ensure QMS compliance across the product lifecycle.
2. Lead non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, concessions, and corrective actions.
3. Manage audits, source inspections, and customer investigations.
4. Complete AS First Article Inspections and support new product introduction.
5. Drive MRB, NCR, FRACA management, and Quality improvement initiatives.
6. Generate and track Quality metrics to meet targets.
7. Ensure inspection process adherence and SHE compliance.
Skills & Expertise required for this role include:
8. Strong knowledge of AS, AS, Part 21 (G), Part, DAOS.
9. Proficient in AS, APQP, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans.
10. Experienced in FAA, ESA, and CAA compliance.
11. Skilled in RCCA methods (8D, 5-Why) and preventive Quality techniques.
12. Proven background in QMS auditing and Customer requirement management.
13. Technical expertise in Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Metrology, Systems, or Composites.
