 
        Fantastic part time PA opportunity to join a growing holiday home business in Cotswolds. We’re looking for a bright, organised, and proactive PA / Property Assistant to support the founder of a successful and expanding Cotswolds-based holiday home business. This is a wonderful role for someone who loves variety, enjoys property, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The company is growing quickly - acquiring new properties and building on its excellent reputation - so it’s an exciting time to join a small, ambitious, and friendly team. You’ll be working closely with the founder to help manage day-to-day operations and ensure every home looks and feels its best. 2 days a week (or 4 half days) At least 1 day a week in the office near Burford Responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the founder Sending welcome emails and managing guest communication Updating property details and records Overseeing cleaning schedules, gardener rotas, and maintenance tasks Keeping on top of property-related legislation and insurance renewals Liaising with the accountant and assisting with invoices or expenses Helping to research and coordinate potential new property acquisitions Visiting properties to ensure everything is in excellent condition What we are looking for: A confident self-starter who can work independently Strong organisational and communication skills A genuine interest in property and the Cotswolds area Practical, adaptable, and comfortable juggling varied tasks Must have a full driving licence and be happy travelling between properties Local knowledge of the Cotswolds
