Overview
Penumbra’s supported accommodation services offer people who are living with long‑term mental health a chance to live independently in our houses. While in supported accommodation, they receive practical and emotional daily support from our teams of Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners.
Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the rest of the team.
* Offer person‑centred support to the people who use the service.
* Assist them to work towards their identified goals.
