The Role
[Our client] is looking for a Mid-weight Creative Team who live and breathe the culture of sport and entertainment. You’ll be hands-on creators - people who can concept, craft, and execute ideas that stop fans in their tracks. From film and social content to immersive live experiences, your work will connect brands and audiences through emotional, unforgettable storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
 * Concept and craft integrated campaigns that bring fans closer to the brands and moments they love.
 * Create standout ideas across film, digital, social, experiential, and live environments.
 * Demonstrate strong visual storytelling and copywriting craft - able to shift tone and style across sports and audiences, from golf to football to e-sports.
 * Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Planners, and Producers to push ideas from good to unmissable.
 * Take ownership of the craft and execution of every deliverable - ensuring the work is visually arresting and emotionally engaging.
 * Present creative work with confidence and clarity, both internally and to clients.
 * Bring energy, curiosity, and passion for sport, culture, and design to every brief.
About You
 * Around 3–6 years’ experience as a Creative Team in advertising, brand experience, or content agencies.
 * A portfolio that shows real breadth - film, social, experiential, and fan engagement projects in sport or entertainment.
 * Strong understanding of visual culture, design craft, and tone of voice.
 * Passionate about storytelling, detail, and the nuances of fan culture.
 * Able to think strategically and conceptually but also execute beautifully.
 * Natural collaborators who thrive in fast-paced, ideas-led environments.
