Your new role
The Portfolio Network Manager at Novo Nordisk is a field:based position in which you would be covering the geographical area of the North East and North Cumbria ICB. As part of the role, you would be managing the Novo Nordisk portfolio at place level within NHS Integrated Care Systems, focusing on commercial performance and local patient access.
Moreover, you would:

Secure favourable positioning of Novo Nordisk products on formularies and drive product uptake at place and PCN level.
:
Demonstrate the value of Novo Nordisk services aligned with NHS priorities and sup:port system efficiency through disease and brand service activities.
:
Develop and execute account plans for assigned territories and collaborate with other managers for multi:morbidity strategies.
:
Use data to track performance, manage budgets, and employ omnichannel approach:es to maintain customer relationships.
:
Support the integration of Novo Nordisk products into local care pathways and conduct stakeholder mapping to influence local strategic decisions.
:
Develop project plans, work collaboratively across functions, and participate in meet:ings and conferences.

Adhere to Novo Nordisk policies, local regulations, the ABPI Code of Practice, and per:sonal compliance plans to maintain high ethical and professional standards.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for an independent, inquisitive and highly communicative team member who can bring the following qualifications and skills:

ABPI qualification and a relevant degree.
:
Strong product and therapy knowledge within diabetes and/or obesity
:
Substantial experience and knowledge of the UK NHS as well as experience in market access and account management.

Demonstrated commercial acumen.
:
A valid UK driving licence.
