Job Description This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. As Recruitment Partner at Frasers Group- you will own all recruitment activities across your estate. Our Shirebrook office is home to key departments such as HR, Finance and Commercial – you will also get the chance to support departments in our London office such as Digital and Marketing. The Frasers Group Recruitment Team obsess over our customers and candidates- managing quick and efficient recruitment processes with candidate and stakeholder experience at the forefront. Responsibilities Full ownership of an estate of roles ranging from 25-35. Focussing on direct recruitment drives and generating candidates through proactive sourcing. Providing added value to stakeholders through commercial market advice, market-mapping, and benchmarking - we want to see you own it and serve as a true partner to your stakeholders. Serving as the gatekeeper of our culture, conducting 1st stage Culture/Values interviews and be prepared to walk away from the perfect candidate on paper if they don’t align with our values. Proactively shaping our EVP through creative attraction methods, social media activity and internal spotlighting work with our Internal Comms Lead. Creating and utilising talent communities to drive direct hires and reduce agency spend Adhering to team KPI’s/SLA’s in order to guarantee a positive candidate experience – for both successful and unsuccessful candidates Utilising our ATS Smart Recruiters to manage your estate- making the most of the Analytics suite to provide meaningful data for your Stakeholders and the Head of Talent Supporting with our Elevation Graduate Programme- from attraction through to selection and onboarding Partnering with external stakeholders such as PSL agencies, universities and recruitment platform Account Managers
