Title: Client Manager
Reporting to: Sales Director
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Client Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts while driving new business opportunities.
This role is responsible for generating revenue growth, expanding existing relationships, and developing new customer accounts through a deep understanding of customer needs and the solutions we deliver.
You will act as a trusted commercial advisor to your customers, identifying opportunities to deliver value while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
This is a key revenue-generating role within the business, with responsibility for developing long-term partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and contributing directly to Titan’s commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
* Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new solution opportunities.
* Develop new lines of business within existing customers.
* Identify and secure net new customer opportunities for Titan.
* Build and execute strategic account plans to drive long‑term growth.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations.
* Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.
* Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer organisations.
* Understand customer objectives, challenges, and technology roadmaps.
* Present relevant solutions that deliver measurable value.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across both existing and new customers.
* Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to close.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity forecasting.
* Ensure clear visibility of pipeline development and deal progression.
* Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
* Structure competitive solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
* Ensure deals deliver strong commercial outcomes for both the customer and Titan.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes, including: Business Development Managers, Pre‑sales and technical specialists, Procurement and operations teams, Finance and billing teams.
Strong internal collaboration ensures opportunities progress smoothly and customers receive a seamless experience.

* Experience in technology infrastructure, servers, storage, or related IT solutions would be advantageous.
