The Role Audio and copy typing of correspondence, legal forms, and documentation Handling incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner General administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and updating client records Managing appointments and liaising with clients directly Preparing and maintaining accurate records on the case management system Working collaboratively with the wider secretarial team to provide cover when required Maintaining discretion when handling confidential informationThe Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy The ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Package Salary dependent on experience Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Gillingham, Kent Excellent benefits
