We are working with a leading tech company based in Cambridge who are looking to add a Head of Mechanical Engineering to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with occasional international travel required. Key responsibilities will include: * Manage, support and lead the mechanical engineering team. * Oversee all mechanical projects to ensure they are completed against the given budget and timeframe. * Take ownership for the teams design, development and testing processes. * Work closely with key stakeholders within the business. The successful candidate will have: * Mechanical Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience. * Proven experience leading and developing teams. * Strong communicational skills. * Experienced working across full product development within manufacturing and injection moulding. * Experienced electromechanical and rf systems. * Extensive experience with stakeholder management.
