We’re looking for a proactive, organised marketing professional who enjoys juggling a variety of tasks and working with different people. You’ll be confident communicating with stakeholders, detail-focused, and comfortable managing projects from start to finish. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and keeps things moving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role
This is a varied position with real visibility across the business. You’ll be involved in delivering marketing campaigns, managing brand assets, and supporting major events, including a flagship annual showcase.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand activity
* Coordinate and manage marketing assets (POS, templates, brand materials)
* Assist in the planning and delivery of large-scale events and exhibitions
* Work closely with external suppliers and agencies
* Support brand consistency across signage, uniforms, and vehicle branding
* Manage and update marketing systems and portals
* Act as a point of contact for marketing-related queries
* Provide general marketing and administrative support
About You
* Experience in a marketing, brand or events-related role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident working with multiple stakeholders
* Proactive and solutions-focused
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
* Experience supporting or delivering events or exhibitions
* £32,000 – £35,000 base salary
* Up to £38,000 for candidates with relevant experience
