Job Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our busy Service Department at Simpsons Great Yarmouth. We specialise in all makes of cars and represent 7 different Motor Home manufacturers
Duties
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage service bookings
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to upsell services or products effectively
- Experience in cash handling is desirable
Hours of work are 42.5 per week, 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 12pm. 30 days annual leave.
