About the Role: Whether you are new to the care sector or have experience, working within a BCG care home can be incredibly fulfilling. As a Regional Painter, you will ensure our residents live in a place that is superbly maintained, helping to create the safe and attractive environment our residents deserve. Duties Include: Mostly exterior works. Masonry and woodwork painting. Understand project descriptions and instructions. Building positive relationships with Residents in our homes. Travel across multiple sites (mostly in Perthshire). Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Painter and Decorator. Awareness of Health & Safety protocols. Experience of external painting on a large scale (desirable). Experience of working at heights (desirable). Able to work as part of a team and individually. Ability to prioritise and manage workload and multiple projects effectively at pace. Current driving license and own transport (highly desirable). A practical understanding of care home operations and the challenges they face in maintaining a safe, comfortable and functional environment. This is an excellent opportunity that offers a varied and busy workload with no two days being the same.
