Kandoo Adventures is a well known and respected tour operator based in Cumbria and established more than 16 years ago. We offer over 100 different adventures in more than 20 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities for Travel Consultants
· Talking with our customers via email and on the phone and identifying the correct products for each individual or group.
· Providing expert advice to customers about our products
· Selling Kandoo Adventures products enthusiastically and efficiently
· Creating itineraries, booking summary documents and invoices.
· Managing scheduled communication timetables
· Working with the customer and our local teams around the world to create bespoke adventures personalised to the customer.
· Providing after sales support and advice.
What are we looking for
· You are passionate about travel, adventure and the great outdoors
· You are a self motivated team player with the ability to learn on the job
· You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· You have the ability to work under pressure and prioritize your own workload
· You are IT literate and comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word etc
· You have past experience of using CRM systems
· You are able to travel internationally at least once a year
· Past experience in a sales position within the travel industry would be beneficial
