Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Worcester
Salary: £40-46,000
An established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing Worcester team. Known for delivering innovative and sustainable projects across the residential, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, the practice offers a collaborative BIM-led environment focused on technical excellence. Daily Duties
* Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
* Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
* Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and wider design teams
* Manage and coordinate project information using Revit and BIM workflows
* Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations and technical standards
* Attend site visits and resolve technical issues during construction
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
* Mentor and support junior team members within the team
Ideal Candidate
* Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
* Strong technical knowledge and proven project delivery experience
* Proficiency in Revit and BIM-led project environments
* Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy is desirable
* Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage workload independently while supporting team leadership
* Degree qualified or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
