Our client is a leading and prestigious manufacturing company based near Downham Market.
Due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Quality Control Manager on a permanent basis.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8am – 5pm
Duties & Responsibilities Include
Work closely with the Technical & Operations department to identify key areas and constraints in the current QC processes
Identify and action quality checkpoints within each area of warehousing and production
Conduct regular training sessions with the workshop teams
Create and implement a ‘standards’ document to be utilised in onboarding, ongoing training, and auditing processes
Be the internal contact for Quality issues raised from Project Management and sales
Pay Rate
Competitive salary offered, depending on experience
