Role Overview
The Project & Change Manager (HR Project and Change Manager) will be responsible for planning and executing our Global Grading Phase 2 Project from the start of the communication phase to implementation, including stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and delivery.
Key Accountabilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end delivery of complex internal projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Defining project scope, create detailed plans, and coordinate resources to achieve objectives.
* Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
* Lead communication and engagement across teams, acting as the link between management and project teams.
* Drive accountability and successful execution of key initiatives while adhering to corporate standards.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a 6 Month fixed term basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a HR Project and Change Manager within the team, we're looking for:
* Project management expertise (planning, tracking, reporting)
* Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools
* Understanding of workplace policies and procedures
* Ability to manage meetings and schedules across time zones
