Responsibilities
* Data Stewardship including user data enrichment, data de-duplication, and general data hygiene.
* Support the CRM user community and the software development/technical teams to ensure requirements and support flow.
* Capture business requirements from the business community and IT community.
* Work with and lead super users to guide changes, address issues, and drive CRM improvements.
* Provide day-to-day business user support for the CRM system.
* Create and maintain production-quality operational dashboards, data reports, and analysis.
* Deliver training to small groups via webinars.
* Document data and system improvements or change requests.
* Communicate changes and issues within the supporting region.
* Perform testing on issues and improvements.
* Collaborate closely with system stakeholders from all business divisions.
* Support CRM, Power BI, and CPQ projects as needed.
* Respond to Salesforce.com user-submitted tickets.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
* Equivalent experience and proficiency accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Experience
* 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and Power BI strongly preferred.
* Experience eliciting information from users to support Salesforce.com.
* Experience in a scientific or pharmaceutical environment is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* SFDC Business Analyst, Administrator, or AI certification desired.
* Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
* Experience leading projects and managing timelines.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, proficient in English.
* Professional interaction with a diverse group of domain authorities, managers, and executives.
