Your new roleReporting directly to Senior Management, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business. This is a highly visible position where your input will directly influence project success and strategic direction.Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out projects
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Managing the full tender process from enquiry through to submission
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
* Supporting the senior leadership team in securing new business
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven estimating experience within the fit-out sector
* Strong knowledge of the Scottish construction market
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
