Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Rafters Cleaning is a Norfolk Based Company with over 15 years of cleaning experience with contracts across Norfolk.
We are currently looking to employ someone to join our team in North Norfolk, we are looking for someone with a good eye for detail, conscious and who can work across different sites.
Shifts will be 2 hours approximately, 4 days out of 7, mainly Monday to Friday but some Saturday/Sunday evenings will be required to cover holiday/sickness, so flexibility is needed for this position.
The sites are Cromer and Cley so own transport is essential.
The shifts usually start at 16.30 but Cley during the summer is 17.00 Start.

Summary
As a Part Time Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the designated areas. Reporting to your supervisor, your core skills in communication and customer service will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for all our clients.

Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and using machinary to maintain floors.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organised for efficient use
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
* Basic proficiency in English for understanding instructions and reporting issues
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time role.
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous
* A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that require travel between locations
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative

Pay: £15.00 per hour
